Take one look at Heidi Klum and you'll nearly turn to stone. Last night, the certified queen of Halloween hosted her annual costume party—and dare we say she may have outdone herself. For this year's spooky look, Klum channeled Greek mythology's Medusa, the Gorgon daughter with living snakes as hair and a face so jarring that it turned any onlooker to stone. In keeping with the story, her husband, Tom Kaulitz, played the part of a knight who was frozen as a statue after trying to fight her.

For Klum's look, she became a snake herself, combining Medusa's signature hair and amphibian tongue with the scales and tail of a reptile. Covered head to toe in a green skin suit, with claw nails and piercing eyes, the host was unrecognizable—or would have been, if not for the fact that her guests have come to expect the unexpected from her Halloween fits.

Last year, Klum dressed as E.T., and the year before, she recruited a group of Cirque du Soleil performers for an extravagant peacock ensemble. In 2019, she wore an inside-out prosthetic bodysuit, with exposed intestines, muscles, and even a brain, and in 2022, for her first party post-Covid, she transformed into a worm. In one of her most iconic moments, she recruited Kaulitz to embody Shrek, and went for the best Fiona costume out there. Then there were all the times she put her creepy, theatrical spin on classic costumes—from her 2004 witch look to her 2005 bleeding-heart vampire dress and her 2007 black cat costume.
