<p>BEIJING (Reuters) -China's Communist Party will hold its Fourth Plenum from October 20-23, state news agency Xinhua reported on Monday.</p>
<p>The decision was announced at a meeting of the Politburo, a top-decision-making body of the governing Communist Party.</p>
